While going to see some of the sights at night, we stumbled across some more ruins - I liked the kitty cats on them best :) Michael wouldn't let me pet any of them though.

Rome streets at sunset:
We started at Piazza Campo De' Fiori with a glass of vino:
From there we walked down alleyways filled with gelato shops, patisseries, and butcher shops!
Our second stop was at Piazza Navona.
Here is Bernini's Four Rivers Fountain:
Just down another alleyway was the Pantheon ... and more vino!
... one more alleyway away was the Trevi Fountain! This was about midnight - still plenty of people, but without the heat!
We definitely each threw a coin in the fountain to ensure our return to Rome!
Our last stop was the Spanish Steps. We stayed here until about 2 am just listening to the local college kids play guitars and sing American songs!
