Bravo Company Change of Command!

Michael finally gave up Command after 26 months!! I grabbed some quick snapshots over at his company barracks before they switched out the CO sign:

I'm so proud of Michael!! He did a great job as the Bravo Company CO - but we are REALLY ready to get back to the states and see our families!

I guess we're just lucky ...

Since we're moving anything/everything we don't need to the curb in preparation of our impending PCS - we moved some old cement blocks yesterday to find this thing:
I knew right away it was NOT an earthworm - and it was a SHINY silver. Michael begged to differ so after we chased it around in the grass for awhile (and it was super wiggly and fast), Michael caught it and ripped it into 3 pieces ... with his hands. He had his doubts after seeing how it pulled apart though - I am glad I am married to Huck Finn because I was squealing like a school girl on the porch when I first turned the stone over :)
... just about one month left here in Oki!
