January we came back from Texas and started to get back into a good rhythm ... until both kids got sick :/ It was Lexi's first virus and it scared us bad when we couldn't get her fever down! We got through it tho and even got to enjoy ringing in the New Year as a family of four :)
Starting the year off right with black eyed peas and cornbread!
Lexi has started loving being underneath the play gym!
Why wouldn't you wear your lovey (aka "ga-giggle") on your head while you play the iPad? (he wasn't feeling well, poor Bubba)
Lexi is getting more animated in the monkey chair ... trying to look around and survey her surroundings!

5 months!
Lexi tried butternut squash, applesauce and peaches this month are really liked them! She's really interested in anything we're eating tho :P She learned how to stick out her tongue and thinks its funny. She is getting better at rolling from back to front and is getting really good at kicking her toys while under her play mat. She loves to scream "aaaah" when she is standing with assistance and then slaps her hands down really hard (its super cute!). Still no teeth and won't take a bink :/
