It was so beautiful last weekend that we finally got around to building our deck. Two of our neighbors have already built decks (Matt's is quite a bit larger than ours and has a canopy), and this helped spur the debate of "do we/don't we...we're only here for 2 years and some change...etc." Obviously "do we" won out :) We found the little table out in town and now we can enjoy the great evenings outside (with lots of bug spray). Michael is a professional deck builder - after building one in Iraq and helping our neighbors!! He and Matt had this one together (from buying the wood to tacking in the final nail) in under 4 hours! I love it!
