Less than 24 hours after Michael took Company Command (as a 1st Lt)...the Capt Selections Board came out. Just our luck! Oh well - he'll get frocked next week then :)
*We only had 2 phone calls in the middle of last night (yeah-I'm going to get some great sleep for the next year!!)*
